Rules & Options

General Requirements

  • Participation is open to all – membership in ATA is not required.
  • Exhibited materials must be the property of the exhibitor.
  • Exhibitor submitting materials warrants that they have the necessary rights to present, share and grant license to the ATA to present and share the materials.
  • Exhibits must be submitted using the official online form. This form will be linked below once the submission period opens.
  • No more than 5 exhibits may be submitted by the same exhibitor.
  • Exhibits shown in previous years’ My One-Page cannot be resubmitted without substantial modification.
  • Exhibits must be submitted in pdf format.
  • Exhibits must be in 8 ½ x 11 inch page format, A4 page format (21 x 29 cm) or 11 x 17 inch page format. Other sizes will not be accepted.
  • Submission of an exhibit grants ATA a non-exclusive, perpetual license to display and reproduce the image(s) submitted in any media employed for the purpose of presentation of the program, publicity for the program or for ATA, and other instructional and promotional purposes. Exhibitor retains ownership of any materials submitted.

Format & Content Requirements

  • The title of the exhibit must appear at the top.
  • The exhibitor’s name must appear adjacent to or immediately below the title.
  • A brief narrative description that explains the subject and relevance to displayed items is required.
  • The exhibit must include at least one philatelic item.

Optional Format & Content Features

  • Exhibits may be in portrait or landscape format.
  • There are no restrictions on page margins.
  • Exhibits may be constructed from scanned images electronically assembled, from a scan of a completed exhibit page, or a combination of the two.
  • Cropping of images is permitted.
  • For images that are enlarged/reduced, exhibitors are encouraged to indicate the percentage of enlargement or reduction. This calculator tool may be of help: www.percentagecalculator.net
  • The exhibitor’s email address on the exhibit is optional but is encouraged to promote discourse with viewers.
  • Not all items in an exhibit must be philatelic.
  • Web links may be included to direct viewers to additional relevant content.
